My counseling approach is person-centered, meeting people where they are, learning the goals they have for themselves and working towards those goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to work on how our thoughts and emotions affect our actions. I enjoy working with people, am honored to be a part of their journey, helping them recognize their strengths and building supports. Over the years, I have learned valuable life lessons from those I have worked with and want to help people find more contentment in their lives and relationships.
In my free time, I love to spend time with family and friends, reading, being outdoors, walking, biking, trying new recipes and carrying out daily self-care.
